MyRewards is NatWest's customer loyalty programme, allowing users to earn rewards through card purchases, app logins or setting up eligible direct debits. These rewards can be redeemed as cash, eGift cards or donations to charity.

I led the design with creative strategy across all digital marketing channels for the NatWest Group, including RBS and premier accounts. From planning to strategy, everything was bespoke and tailored to clients and retailers, including newsletters and email comms, targeted offers, retailer campaigns, social media, push notifications, main website, landing pages and branded microsites. All was tailored to align with both customer behaviour and partner goals, focusing on awareness, engagement and conversion.
